Abstract

Handwritten copy of a letter to J. C. Henderson, from Captain Thomas Melville, governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor, informing Henderson that if the fences previously mentioned to Henderson are not repaired, Melville will hold him responsible for any damage to the Sailors' Snug Harbor farm.
