Abstract
Handwritten letter from Thomas Fanelly to Captain Thomas Melville, asking if the taxes on 38 acres of land on the west side of Castleton Avenue are paid by Sailors' Snug Harbor. Fanelly notes that the taxes on the land south of Castleton Avenue are paid by the Garner estate.
