Abstract
Handwritten letter from Richard Luce, agent for Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Thomas Melville, notifying him that the bearer, Captain W. [William] W. Cox, from a hospital in Charleston, S.C., has paralysis and requests that Dr. Bogart examine him for entry to the Snug Harbor and send a report to Luce when the examination is complete.
