Abstract
Telegram handwritten on two Western Union pre-printed forms, joined together in the upper left hand corner and sent by Mrs. [J.] Shields to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, confirming the sending of Charles L. Creighton's body to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for burial. A notation at the bottom of the second page states that a letter was sent to inform her that the remains will be forwarded by express tomorrow.
