Abstract
Handwritten telegram on a Western Union pre-printed form to Austin or Annie Dean, 227 Adams St., in Brooklyn, stating that John Dean died at Morris Plains [Asylum?] this morning and will be buried there unless otherwise directed. A note in the corner states that the same message was sent to Ann Dean at 40 Sheriff Street, New York.
