D., town of Northfield, of the United States Sanitary Commission, giving an extension of twenty-five days to fill in a pond on the properties of Sailors' Snug Harbor and Mrs. A. Rodewald. Received while Captain Thomas Melville was governor of Sailors’ Snug Harbor.
