Abstract
Handwritten letter from Edward K. Osborne, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to the governor, regarding changes in mail delivery from the post office in New Brighton. Osborne wishes to remain in his service and suggests the governor discuss the available options with Mr. Berry. 

Received while Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask was the governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor.
