Abstract

The original, handwritten will of Robert Richard Randall with his bequest for the founding of the Sailors' Snug Harbor. One leaf consists of four handwritten pages and the second leaf is a cover page reading "Original Last Will & Testament of Robert R. Randal". Alexander Hamilton was the Randall family lawyer and it is believed that he may have drafted the will.
