Abstract
Handwritten letter from Ambrose Snow, of Snow & Burgess, apparently in his capacity as Trustee of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Thomas Melville, noting that the bearer, Gardner is from out of town and is being sent to Melville until the full number of Trustees to sign [Gardner's application for admission?] are present the following Thursday, at which time Captain Tinker will sign.
