Abstract
Handwritten letter from Richard Luce, agent for Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Thomas Melville, explaining that the letter will be given to Melville by Captain William McGreggor [William H. McGregor?], who is bringing Captain Perkins, who is paralyzed, to the Harbor. Luce will come to the Harbor tomorrow and fill out Perkins's application.
