Handwritten letter from an agent of Leberman & Co., 116 Margaretta St., Philadelphia, Pa., noting that at the matron's request, a sample of the company's "Electric Soap" was sent to Sailors' Snug Harbor. The writer asks that it be tested and, if found satisfactory, that the company be provided with a contract to supply it to the Snug Harbor.
