Typewritten Sailors' Snug Harbor Board of Trustees minutes book, transcribed from the original handwritten minutes book, volume A. Transcribed at the beginning of the volume is the text of Robert Richard Randall's will, establishing the Sailors' Snug Harbor. Includes proceedings of the Board regarding the Randall estate, acts and legislature relating to Sailors' Snug Harbor, by-laws, rules and regulations, reports, and a record of the establishment of the Sailors' Snug Harbor seal and motto.
