Abstract

Handwritten letter from Peter Marks, of St. Vincent's Hospital, Norfolk, Virginia, to Captain Thomas Melvin [sic] and Captain Ambrose Snow. Marks states that he has been in their employ [at Sailors' Snug Harbor?] for some time and has been at Sailors' Snug Harbor for two years, and this is his first offense. He asks to return to the Snug Harbor.
