[Cataloger's note: Probably the first page of the telegram in SC-0016-III-A-1-0294 but the two pages have been separated in the file. Presumably sent by Mrs. J. Shields.] Telegram handwritten on a Western Union pre-printed form to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, stating that the priest's certificate was not sent with Charles L. Creighton's body and requesting the name of the priest who attended him during his illness.
