Abstract
Handwritten letter from William G. Nimmo, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor residing at the  New Jersey State Asylum for the Insane, Morris Plains, N.J., to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, explaining that he believes he is much improved and wishes to return to the Harbor, even if only for a trial period, during which he feels Trask and Dr. [Henry De Witt] Joy will find him much improved.
