Handwritten letter from C. Bryner, of 97 Division Street, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, regarding Sailors' Snug Harbor inmate Jim Elliott "and that one that has rented the same room in Sailors Home", complaining that they are constantly drunk and are causing problems in 97 Division Street, Room 9. Received while Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask was the governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor.
