Abstract

Handwritten letter from Charles J. Jones, chaplain of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, notifying him that Jones is going on leave and that he has already spoken with Reverend M. Law, who will attend any funeral that occurs in Jones's absence. He states that Edward Beck will conduct other services.
