Handwritten letter from Edmund B. Double, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor residing in an asylum [Hudson River State Hospital], to Dr. Cleveland [Dr. Joseph Manning Cleaveland?] asking that he receive the same clothing that the inmates resident at Sailors' Snug Harbor get. Received while Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask was the governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor.
