Handwritten letter from Charles Reilly, former inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, asking that Trask permit him to have a change of clothing while he is away from the Harbor residing in the almshouse. He states that if Trask will permit this, to please give the clothing to Captain Putnam, who will bring them to Reilly.
