Abstract
Handwritten letter from Captain Thomas Melville, to Captain Ambrose Snow, explaining that Mickael [Michael] Leary, a former inmate of the Harbor, was expelled at the April 1873 trustees' meeting and that, as such, he could not readmit Leary without positive orders from the Board.
