Abstract

Handwritten letter from Charles Chaindolph, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, requesting that his revolver, which was taken from him when he was ill earlier in the year. He asks that it be expressed to him in care of the U. S. Shipping Commissioner in Portland, Maine.
