Abstract
Handwritten letter from a group of inmates at Sailors' Snug Harbor, self-styled "Many Sore Heads", to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask complaining about the presence of assistant steward Jervey at the Petty Officers' table. They mention Captain Lufrio of the SE building, of whose presence they approve and suggest that Mr. [Henry] Macy should also be at the table, but then suggest that everyone should be able to sit at the Officers' table and enjoy some variety in their food.
