Abstract

Handwritten letter from Petter Borgstrom, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, claiming that "Robert" does not want him as a roommate and that Captain Putman [sic] has put him out of his office. The addition by Joseph K. Clark, Steward, states that Robert indeed does not want Borgstrom as a roommate but that Captain Putnam denies having excluded Borgstrom from his office.
