Abstract
Handwritten letter from Richard Luce, agent for Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask. Luce states that the bearer of the letter, John Kelley, was an inmate of the Harbor who was suspended by the trustees from March 21, 1888 to March 21, 1889, but may now be readmitted at the request of Thomas Greenleaf, at the order of the trustees.
