Abstract

Handwritten letter from Edward Stuart Bradley, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, complaining that after he spoke to one of the laundry workers, whom he believes is named Anna Kelley, the Matron, Mrs. [Louisa] Hammond, spoke to him rudely. He claims that this is not the first occasion on which she has been rude to him.
