Abstract
Handwritten statement, written by J. B. [Judson Boardman] Andrews, physician at the New York State Lunatic Asylum, stating that John B. Tullock and Anton Francis were received at the asylum. The inmates were escorted by James F. Bryant and James Ambrose [sp?]. 

Received while Captain Thomas Melville was governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor.
