Abstract
Handwritten message from Mrs. Amelia R. Casman [Carman?], to Captain Thomas Melville, requesting an extension of leave for her brother, Willet Raynor, for two or three weeks.

[Cataloguer's note: There is two spellings listed in the inmate records for a Raynor. These are Willet and William, and they may be the same person, or two different people. It is clear the message reads "Willet", but it is unclear if it is the same person as in the records.]
