Abstract
Letter from Philip Sharrott, regarding a man named "Henry Steel", who was arrested for intoxication. and disorderly conduct in public. Steel was arrested on the 29th, and was sentenced to the village lockup until the 31st. Steel was then sentenced to the County Jail for 30 days.

Received while Captain Thomas Melville was governor of Sailors’ Snug Harbor.
