Abstract
Handwritten letter from An Anonymous Inmate, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, regarding the use of a [communal] washbowl to clean out chamber pots in the morning. The writer, who states he lives on the 10th flour of House 15, is not happy that certain inmates are cleaning out their pots and emptying the contents back into the washbin. He asks Governor Trask to inquire into the matter.
