Abstract
Handwritten letter from Wm. [William] H. Britto, to Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask, regarding his resignation as night watchman of the West Gate. Britto states he can not do the work as it should be done. There is a note that states Geo. [George] B. Woodward was appointed as the new watchman.
