Abstract
Handwritten report made by Officer Keebler, regarding the arrest of a man named William H. Harris a little past 12 a.m. Keebler states Harris was spotted around the Harbor dock house and was arrested and searched. He was committed to Police Station no. 2 for further examination by Justice Langton, as he was suspected of robing the New Brighton Post Office.
