Abstract
Handwritten letter from J. W. Bradley, to the Governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor, presumably received by Captain Thomas Melville, accompanying an enclosed form from the Liverpool and London Insurance Company [Liverpool and London Fire and Life Insurance Company ?], which Bradley would like the governor to fill out and return, particularly information about the burial and illness involved. This appears to be regarding Captain James B. Bell, Sailors' Snug Harbor inmate and the subject of a previous letter from J. W. Bradley, SC-0016-III-A-1-0098.
