Handwritten letter from Edward K. Osborne, inmate of Sailors' Snug Harbor, asking for a few days' leave. He has asked Mr. [Charles W.] Deshon to relieve him, subject to [Trask's?] approval. Received while Captain Gustavus D. S. Trask was the governor of Sailors' Snug Harbor.
